Chancy is an entrepreneurial business & strategic leader with global working experience for growing brands sales and eco-system. He currently leads the omnichannel customer experience team in T&T Supermarket across Canada and US. In this role, he oversees the enterprise level of customer strategy, customer journey mapping, managing both experience and services by delivering the #1 CSAT/NPS result among all Loblaw brands.
