Krista Cunningham is an accomplished commercial executive with over 25 years of experience leading large, complex businesses and transforming organizational performance across global CPG companies. She is recognized for her strategic acumen, creativity, strong P&L leadership, and ability to drive growth, operational discipline, and cultural renewal in highly competitive markets.
Krista currently serves as the General Manager of Revlon Canada, where she has led the Canadian business through a pivotal transformation following their emergence out of bankruptcy. Her work at Revlon has focused on restoring critical retail partnerships, rebuilding Revlon’s local marketing strategy, and elevating organizational capability.
Known for her authentic people first leadership philosophy, Krista specializes in stabilizing businesses, elevating talent, strengthening stakeholder trust, and delivering results through clarity, collaboration, and disciplined execution.
In addition to her work at Revlon, Krista currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Cosmetics Alliance and is a past member of the Canadian Health Food Association Board of Directors.
